Redecam employees battled it out in the kitchen before the holidays, as a traditional Christmas party was replaced by a Crazy Cooks Challenge. Redecam celebrated the event by giving a donation to Save the Children.
Employees were divided into four teams and each was assigned a responsibility, such as Executive Chef, Chef Garde Manger or sommelier. With limited tools, limited food supplies and limited time (up to 1 hour), they had to create a culinary masterpiece with a wine pairing… and have it judged.
The judge, Redecam President Sam Ramadori, likely had the most enviable position of the team, as he sat back, relaxed and tasted the creations. In the end, all four dishes were so good, he decided every team was a winner!
