On July 10, 2015, Redecam employees got on a bus, headed for Parco di Monza – a famous park north of Milan, Italy – for a team building event that would give back to the community.
Staff were divided into four groups and had to use rickshaws to get around during a treasure hunt. The goal was to accumulate the most points in order to begin part two with an advantage.
Once the treasure hunt was over, each team had to build a working car out of cardboard and decorate it. The teams went head-to-head and tested their cars on a track made especially for them.
All four cars were then donated to children at a family home in Milan.
